Only if Ya Smile...

~~Story Excerpt~~

"All considering, may I come with you?" The small girl asked with an emotionless face as they stood on the threshold of the forest, "You really have no choice, you cannot leave me here or the village will soon discover your lies and come after you."

Aiden grumbled in defeat. Frankly the frail girl was right. He lowered his large, newly acquired sword from his shoulder and dug it into the ground. He threw his right arm around the sword lazily and leaned on it for support as he turned to her and placed his left hand on her shoulder. "Okay Sin, tell ya what, " He began, "I'll let you come with me, only if ya smile every once and a while, kay?"

The pale girl looked up at him and obviously forced out a smile with wide hopeful eyes.

Aiden laughed, "See, wasn't that hard was it?"

YATTA! lemme say just how much I ADORE this drawing, even though the height of the sword is completely wrong, the picture shows three things, Sin and Aiden's height difference, some good profile shots from me, and and and the best of all: AIDEN'S HAND THAT FOR ONCE DIDN'T COME OUT COMPLETELY INHUMAN! (lol if you look almost every drawing of Aiden ever, had a wonky hand) But ignore the background, it kinda sucks in my opinion, but I didn't want them just floating in space.

This could be from two things: one, from my story that I'm working on that has yet to be named, OR because I use my lovely duo for that story as well and the circumstance of how Sin and Aiden meet in CH is the same as it is in my story, to a degree. But this is how Aiden got stuck with the worst liar ever as his own personal traveling buddy.
